DSSK Property Management is a family run firm with a wealth of personal experience in the property letting market. We own and manage a portfolio of our own properties and consequently understand the needs of both Tenant and Landlord. It is also imperative that we are fully up to date with all compliance requirements, being members of NRLA.

We are proud of our personal service to you. We pride ourselves on our communication and professionalism, listening and understanding your requirements and needs (what you need from your property, and what you need from us to achieve your goals) first and foremost. Importantly, we’re also friendly and approachable. Residents and tenants, freeholders and developers all know they can rely on us to be, honest and effective. Pro-active where we can and re-active when we need to be.

Our services include health and safety and fire regulation compliance, service charge structure and management, budgeting and bookkeeping, plus maintenance and repairs. The first thing we do is agree a bespoke management package setting out exactly how you want us to support you.
