    If you are a more experienced Landlord, confident in managing maintenance and keeping up to date with legislation, once a good quality tenant is in place, this is the option for you.


    Cost: One-off Payment. No monthly charge


    • We will market the property
    • Arrange and coordinate viewings
    • Reference check tenants
    • Draw up the assured shorthold tenancy (AST) agreement
    • Protect the deposit with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service) - this is a legal requirement
    • Contact council and utilities with meter readings and new tenant’s details

Silver - Managed

  • Enjoy peace of mind that you're up to date with legislation

    If you are a landlord that wants to take care of the property maintenance yourself, but wants the ever-changing legislation and paperwork taken care of then this is the option for you.


    Cost: One-off set-up fee plus 10% of rent


    • Gas safety certificates
    • Electrical certificates
    • Energy performance certificates
    • Rent collection - we will collect the rent, chase any rent arrears, and serve the notices to current legislation
    • Annual property inspection - to check that the property is being cared for well and that there is no essential maintenance to be carried out

Gold - Portfolio

  • Our full Property Management Service

    This service is perfect for busy Landlords that don't have the time, want or contacts to deal with maintenance issues or keep up to date with legislation.


    Cost: One-off set-up fee plus 15% of rent


    This package includes all the services from our Silver package plus:


    • Quarterly property visits
    • Detailed Inventory report
    • Deal with any maintenance issues, liaising with yourself, the tenant, and the contractor
    • Organise and draw up AST tenancy renewal agreements
    • Carry out the pre-checkout and the checkout
    • Deal with any bond disputes through DPS (Deposit Protection Service)
